I was threatened to be killed by a motorcycle gang and had this THREAT recorded on a CD (STILL DO) when I walked into the Cape Coral Police Department on 5-28-04 then this man was in Judge Hugh Starnes Courtroom on 6-01-04 as I made him very much aware of this. I was nearly killed a couple days later at a local tavern in Fort Myers by this same man an several of his associates as I escaped without harm out the back door after several hours of this. I then report this activity to the CCPD again on 6-07-04 and they sent Officer Minnillo out to take this report. I was threatened again via phone message on 7-04-04 and reported it to the CCPD and was given a case number but do to this cover up nothing was done. Court Reporter Pat Gillespie of the Fort Myers Newspress was present in a courtroom and witnesses Judge Mark Steinbeck screw me over on Oct 19, 2007.
