I firmly believe if I did not tell the truth this would have been thrown out by the court. While out on bond, I was arrested AGAIN for contact with the alleged victim at Albertson s grocery store. She had attempted reconciliation, started seeing a shrink, and we were going to refinance the home. I was spending time with her, and essentially living back at this home. She had called the SAO about these issues and tried to get my situation handled in which she started over lies. Because of suffering from PTSD. The police report will attest to the FACT, she did NOT want me to go to jail, and refused to give a statement. The next day she was at my bond hearing with my brother trying to get me out of jail and was very distraught. The court minutes will also attest to this being true. My bond was revoked, by Judge Duryea, and this opened up case # 04-MM-00875. I had appeared in front of Judge John Dommerich on Jan 27, 2004 with attorney Bob Burhant. As you can see, Mr. Burhant did not officially sign on my case, and I was  SELF REPRESENTED as the case file shows. I was essentially cohersed to plea out to the first arrest to seek a malicious conviction. I was given 39 days TIME SERVED, for this alleged first violation, when in fact I only did a total of 6. The first night in jail when I bonded out and then another 5 until my court date. This is public record conspiracy to wrongfully convict and I did NOT do 39 days because that would be the period from the time of my first arrest until my court date on Jan 27, 2004. A bogus injunction placed upon myself in Dec 2003, 4 days AFTER an appraisal came back on a home in which I had a substantial amount of interest in, and this injunction was placed on myself because of my entitlement to some of the equity. I was arrested on Dec 20, 2003 just 4 days after Judge Hugh Starnes placed this on me based on false allegations, that I can prove and have done so through phone records, affidavits on file and hearings that can be heard under case # 03-DR-008289. You are involved in Judicial and prosecutorial misconduct without taking appropriate action. You obviously signed off on some situation of mine on case # 04-MM-00875 either knowingly so or possibly not. That part I am not concerned about, but Rules of court state you must take appropriate action with having knowledge of such, and the information I am providing to you in this complaint that will be posted at www.leecountyconspiracy.com and sent to the Department of Justice. The wrong doings that have taken place on me are of public record on these above cases. I served this alleged  victim Michele Newland with a Notice to Owner, placing a lien on this home. The Cape Coral Police called me about this and came to my home and placed me under arrest after I told them I did send her this lien via certified mail. It was just a legal document she had to pick up at the post office. The Cape Officer was told of my situation he placed me under arrest without reading my rights to me. I asked him  what if I didn t admit to t, I was out on bond. Nothing was run concurrent, and this is because of the bogus arrest they needed a conviction for and my first scar on my alleged criminal record. NOTE: I had no previous record of any kind up until these lies by the alleged victim and the corruption in the Judicial system. It shows you as the Judge on case # 04-MM-00875 and I obviously NEVER appeared in front of you. Because Judge Dommerich handled both of these cases. He asked me in open court, if had just did 39 days in jail. My attorney told me to say  YES . I openly lied because I was assuming this was in my best interest. But Burhant was not officially my attorney according to public record. You signed off on something in regards to this case because public record shows this fact that is undisputable to the blind eye. Therefore you must intervene in this misconduct by the parties involved. I did send you complaints from the county jail during my incarceration from Feb 24, 2006- Dec 22, 2007 nearly 2 years on a false arrest in which many illegal moves have taken place upon me and my family. Attached to this complaint being sent out with the proper postage and witnesses. I am sending falsified police reports , and emails threats by Officer Vincent Minnillo of the Cape Coral Police Department, whom had a charge pushed through to Judge Thomas S Reese. My PA Michael F Hornung attempted to force me to plea out to this cover up in June 2005. No defense witnesses were presented to the STATE on my behalf, and I have several. I was out on bond for 13 months as I was arrested IN the CCPD on 5-28-04 while reporting crimes in which were committed upon me. I was threatened NOT to appear at any up coming court dates against the alleged victim. I had a rehearing scheduled for 6-1-04, to get the injunction lifted, 2 civil suits I had filed on her also set for mediation on 6-01-04 and a lien hearing set for 6-17-04 on this home that was SOLD with money in escort. But do to my valid lien she could NOT close on this home. My life was threatened on May 3rd, 2004 and I recorded this threat by her motorcycle gang member boyfriend (OUTLAW). I recorded this threat onto a CD and had it when I was arrested, and it was placed into discovery. I was nearly killed on 6-06-04 by several members of this motorcycle gang at a local Bar and Grill in Ft. Myers, after my arrest. This man was in the courtroom on 6-01-04 with the alleged victim and I made Judge Hugh Starnes aware of this on the record, but nothing was done to him because of the SAO corruption I have exposed and this knowingly bad arrest I am living now nearly 4 years later. Michael F Hornung filed a Notice of Unavailabilty on June 14, 2005. This Notice states he was going to be out of the country and not able to be at my up coming court date on June 30th, 2005. A failure to appear warrant was issued by Judge Thomas S Reese. But in no fashion can a legal trial take place. As you will see with the documentation presented in this complaint and I have sent you some of this before via mail from the county jail. Exhibit 1- F.S 741.31 Exhibit 2- Order Denying an Issuance to Show Cause on 4-06-04 signed Judge Sherra Winesett. Exhibit 3- A correspondence letter from the SAO in regards to filing Perjury charges on the alleged victim. Exhibit 4- Probable Cause Police Report by Minnillo and signed off on by Lt Carolyn Pensiero. This report is blatent perjury by Minnillo as he claims I was placed under arrest while  gaining information regarding my case and as you can see nothing was  forwarded nor  completed to the SAO by 3-31-04 the  20th day pursuant to F.S. 741.31. Exhibit 5- Investigation report dated 6-07-04 with an affidavit attached in complete confliction to his SWORN probable cause report. I was now allegedly arrested on an  Open Booking sheet . But you can see online this is NOT true and why I went to the CCPD is clear, as he now states  Suspect Goodyear arrived at the CCPD to seek a perjury charge against victim Newland Exhibit 6- Investigation Report dated 3-29-04 with an affidavit attached alleging a warrant being requested, by Minnillo as it was Notorized by Theresa Cesa. This is a Backdated Fake warrant request done AFTER my arrest. Note: The only way I could legally be arrested for these alleged emails was with a WARRANT or a  Notice filed the case remained under investigation This again is of public record as the only Notice filed was day of my arraignment on 7-12-04 nearly 4 months to the day after the initial report was taken on 3-11-04 by the CCPD and petitioned to the court on 3-12-04. Exhibit 7- Emails sent to myself by Officer Vincent Minnillo whom illegally hacked my personal email account while filing complaints as a fugitive of INJUSTICE, because of a collusion with the CCPD, SAO, Judge Thomas S Reese and PA MICHAEL F HORNUNG to conspire to wrongfully convict me. It is my firm belief this all stems from my first arrest in which I have shown Misconduct on and I expect yourself to look into the above mentioned cases you participated in, without myself ever appearing in front of you. Officer Vincent Minnillo falsified police documents, while acting under the  COLOR OF LAW and this would be a Federal offense in which many have taken place in to cover up. At no given time has my situation be avoided by me, and that is also visually seen being true. My prior criminal record does not justify what has been done to me and my family due to the rampid corruption by the SAO and some of the Jurist and Defense counsel that are clearly controlled by Steven B Russell, due to political motivation of seeking convictions to fill up a jail.
